Here's the big question, "How much do the books cost?"
The more books you order, the bigger discount you get. If you order 10 books, it's $9.90 per book.
If you order 25 books, it's $7.08; 50 books is $5.67 and the prices go down. Right now, we're ordering around $200.00 to $500.00 at a package, because every time one of our agents give a book, 1 out of 10 books they give out, they get a listing.
If I spend 800 bucks and give out 200 books divided by 10, that’s 20 listings.
Spend $800.00 to make a couple of hundred grand. It's a no-brainer in this crazy-hot market, but you could start small.

"Do the books contain the same content or do we get the same book with different names?"
These books are written specifically to the targeted niche, like expireds and FSBOs and generic, and it's your name on front.

"My company may require certain logos. Can you accommodate?"
Of course. When you upload your photo, you can upload your logo as well and we'll put that on the book cover and the back cover, because we want to make this totally compliant to your local real estate law.
"Can we edit the book's content?"
Not right now. Down the road, we're going to set it up where you could pick chapters and modify chapters, but that’s going to be coming down the road, probably a $300.00 to $400.00 a month cost because it's a lot more software.
However, if you team up today, you're going to be grandfathered in, so basically we're never going to raise the pricing.
The goal is to have it available very soon.
